Bill Sill Realtors has made a name for itself in the Austin home market from repeat buyers and client
referrals. We find that once our clients work with us, they don't want to be represented by anyone
else for their real estate needs. Simply put - we strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction, because that's
good business. With that in mind, Bill Sill Realtors do offer more than just listing your home in MLS.
Any Austin Realtor can list your home in the MLS. But, many won't market for you. We maintain a substantial marketing budget in order to advertise and market your home in the Greater Austin Area, resulting in the highest offer price possible for your home. This is a full service realty
that offers a comprehensive marketing program and top of the line representation.
With that understood, we know that special circumstances may require a pre-negotiated reduced
commission outside of the industry norm. Please give us a call in order to see if you qualify
for one of our reduced commission or low commission programs.
Some of the promotions we have offered in the past have included our MOVE-UP Program.
This program consists of the following, using the Bill Sill Realtors standard commission
structure as an example.
Usually when a home is sold under Bill Sill Realtors a 6% commission is paid out by the seller.
This includes 3% paid to the buyers broker and another 3% being paid to the sellers broker.
If you are looking to list your home for sale, and you are going to purchase another
home worth the same or greater in value, and you are willing to use a Bill Sill Realtor
on both transactions, we will offer you a reduced commission of 1% on the sale of your home.
This is how it works:
- On the sale of your home, you, as the seller would owe 6% of the selling price of the home in commission
fees to listing and buying brokers. We, representing you, would get 3% of this 6%.
- If you then purchase your next home with us as your agent, we would then receive another 3% of the sale
price of that home, paid for by the seller of your new home.
- But as long as you purchase your new home with Bill Sill Realtors, we will then reimburse you 2% out of the 3% that you paid us to list and sell your home.
It's that simple. You'll receive first-class service at Discount Realty prices.
