After graduating from the University of Texas, I spent the first part of my career as a commodities and futures merchant. This experience in a highly charged and complex business has proved invaluable when dealing with high-pressure transactions and negotiations. I'm a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and have been in the business for thirteen years. Additionally I have spent two years to qualify for a mortgage broker's license because this was an area where I felt that my clients were underserved. By understanding all the options available for financing, I'm better able to help my clients deal with mortgage companies, acquire the best interest rates possible, and avoid the ever so common problems that come up during the closing process. I have successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions ranging from thousands to several million dollars and I take pride in maximizing every opportunity in the best interest of my client. 	Michelle Castille - Michelle is Bill's assistant, overseeing the operations in the office. She is a native Austinite, living here her whole life and is committed to customer service. She has a daughter Carmen, 2 years of age, and enjoys golfing and billiards in her spare time.
	Teresa Scott - Teresa is both a buyer's and listings agent with Bill Sill Realtors. She has lived in Austin for 8 years and considers herself a native because her and her family are constantly on the go, looking for new places to camp, visit, or explore. The extra curricular activities that her 4 children participate in have given Teresa the opportunity to discover the entire Greater Area of Austin. Teresa is a very passionate person, regardless of what she is doing, and goes after it whole heartedly. In her free time, if she's not supporting one of her children's activities, you will find her - a fierce competitor, on the tennis courts, golf course, or basketball courts.
	Vicki Dennington- Vicki is a buyer's agent with Bill Sill Realtors and has 9 years of experience as a realtor.
